About the Role




We are seeking an experienced and accountable Senior ODL (Operational Data Layer) Full Stack Software Engineer to provide technical leadership for the visualization and data delivery experiences that sit on top of our platform.
While colleagues on the team focus on ingesting Avro-based events and processing them through Flink and Databricks, you will lead the user-facing layer — architecting React/TypeScript applications, shaping REST service integrations, and defining caching and performance strategies so teams can explore and act on data quickly and reliably at scale.
You will mentor engineers, drive frontend and full stack best practices, and partner with BI and product stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions. This is a key role for a leader who is passionate about scalable web systems, excellent user experience, and fostering a culture of curiosity and accountability.
