Key Responsibilities
Executive Coordination and Task Tracking
Listen and Take Clear Notes: Attend leadership meetings, client calls, and coaching sessions. Record key decisions, instructions, action items, and important details.
Manage the Task Tracker: Create and update a daily master task list for all work assigned by leadership to different team members.
Follow Up on Tasks:



Regularly follow up with team members to make sure tasks are completed correctly and on time.
Keep Leadership Updated: Give leadership clear updates on task progress, delays, pending decisions, risks, and major problems.
Ensure Clear Understanding: Act as a link between leadership and the team. Make sure every team member understands what they need to do, when it is due, and what quality is expected.

Documentation and Information Management
Organize Information: Turn meeting discussions and unstructured information into clear notes, SOPs, trackers, and dashboards that are easy to find and use.
Maintain Accurate Records: Keep complete and accurate records of client discussions, coaching sessions, contracts, decisions, and internal communication.

Financial Administration and Billing Support
Prepare Client Invoices: Create accurate invoices based on leadership instructions and get approval before sending them to clients.
