Job DescriptionSales Head – Luxury ResidentialRole Summary

The Sales Head will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales performance for a marquee luxury residential project with ticket sizes exceeding ?10 Cr. The role will own revenue, order bookings, collections, customer experience, channel partner management, and sales strategy execution while building robust relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, wealth managers, and key influencers in the luxury ecosystem.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Revenue Delivery

Drive achievement of order booking, revenue, inventory liquidation, and collection targets.
Develop and execute project-specific sales strategies aligned to business objectives.
Lead closures of large-ticket and strategic customer transactions.
Ensure optimal sales velocity and inventory absorption.

Luxury Customer & Relationship Management

Build and nurture relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, corporates, family offices, wealth advisors, and key influencers.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying journey, from first interaction to handover.




Personally engage in high-value customer negotiations and deal closures.

Channel Partner Management

Develop and manage a high-performing channel partner ecosystem.
Strengthen relationships with leading luxury brokers, IPCs, and property consultants.
Drive channel productivity and market penetration.

Market Intelligence & Sales Strategy

Track customer preferences, luxury market trends, and competitor activity.
Provide market intelligence and pricing recommendations to leadership.
Conceptualize and implement sales initiatives to maximize bookings and market share.

Marketing & Stakeholder Management

Partner with Marketing and CRM teams to execute impactful campaigns, events, launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
Coordinate closely with Legal, Finance, Projects, CRM, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
