We are looking for an experienced Head of Ad Sales to lead and scale our entire advertising business.

About the Role:
As the Head of Ad Sales, you will own the overall advertising revenue function at Buyhatke and be responsible for building, leading, and scaling the Ad Sales team.
You will develop the advertising sales strategy, build relationships with senior decision-makers at brands and agencies, drive revenue growth, develop strategic advertising solutions,



and create a high-performing sales organization.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience leading and managing an entire Ad Sales team and owning revenue targets.
We are looking for a commercially solid leader who understands the digital advertising ecosystem, has deep relationships across brands and agencies, and can translate Buyhatke's consumer reach, shopping intent, and commerce intelligence into compelling advertising solutions for advertisers.

What You'll do:
Ad Sales Strategy & Revenue Ownership
Own Buyhatke's overall Ad Sales strategy, revenue targets, and growth roadmap.
Develop annual and quarterly sales plans aligned with the company's business objectives.
Identify new revenue opportunities across existing and emerging advertising products.
Build strategies to increase advertiser acquisition, retention, repeat business, and overall revenue.
