Role Description The Agency Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Yavatmal, responsible for managing and growing the local agency network for Niva Bupa Health Insurance. This role involves recruiting, onboarding,



and developing insurance agents, setting performance targets, and guiding the agency team to achieve sales and customer acquisition goals. The Agency Manager will plan and execute sales activities, monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include providing coaching and training to agents, conducting regular review meetings, analyzing business performance, and implementing strategies to drive sustainable growth in the assigned territory. The role also requires close collaboration with branch leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver a high standard of customer service and strengthen Niva Bupa’s market presence in Yavatmal.
