Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Salesforce Engineer – Service with solid expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL) to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce Field Service, along with a strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions with a strong emphasis on scalability, performance, maintainability, and code quality.
Develop advanced Apex components, including triggers, classes, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex, and Batch Apex, supporting Work Orders, Service Appointments, Assets, and other FSL objects.




Build enterprise-grade Lightning Web Components (LWC) for dispatcher consoles, technician mobile applications, and service timeline experiences.
Design and implement integrations with CTI, IVR platforms, scheduling engines, ERP, inventory management systems, and other enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP services, Platform Events, and Bulk APIs.
Configure and customize Salesforce Field Service (FSL), including Service Resources, Service Territories, Skills, Work Types, Shifts, Maintenance Plans, and Scheduling Policies.
Develop custom scheduling and optimization capabilities using Salesforce FSL APIs, including travel optimization, resource capacity planning, and workload balancing.
Configure and extend Omni-Channel routing, presence management, assignment rules, and intelligent work distribution using Apex and LWC.
