Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and target-driven B2C Sales Executive to sell Sigma Scanner directly to retail investors.
The candidate will handle warm inbound leads generated through webinars, digital advertisements, website enquiries, interviews,



social media campaigns and customer referrals.
The role involves understanding each prospect’s investment requirements, explaining Sigma Scanner, conducting product demonstrations, handling objections, following up consistently and converting qualified prospects into paying customers.
This is an inside-sales and consultative B2C sales role. The candidate will not be responsible for providing investment advice, stock recommendations or return guarantees.
Key ResponsibilitiesB2C Lead Management
Contact inbound leads generated through webinars, advertisements, website enquiries, social media and referrals.
Respond quickly to recent enquiries through telephone, WhatsApp and email.
Understand the prospect’s investing experience, current investment approach, challenges, capital range and expectations.
Identify high-intent prospects and prioritise follow-ups accordingly.
Update lead status, conversation notes and follow-up date
