Role Overview Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain
enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models. •
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics
requirements. • Work closely with Data Engineers to consume and validate data
from Fabric/Azure data platforms. • Develop and optimize DAX calculations,
measures, and data models for performance and scalability. • Support data
validation, data quality checks, and reporting governance standards. •
Participate in requirement gathering, UAT, and production deployments. Required
Skills & Experience • 8+ years of experience in BI and Analytics with strong
expertise in Power BI. • Deep understanding of data modeling, DAX, Power Query,
and report optimization. • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large
datasets. • Valuable understanding of data engineering concepts including ETL/ELT
pipelines, data warehousing, data quality, and data integration. • Experience
working with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, or similar
cloud-based data platforms. • Ability to work effectively with both business and
technical teams.
