Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
Connect with prospective clients through phone calls,



emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the Digital Marketing and Project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations when required.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and company services.
Deliver excellent customer service through timely communication and follow-ups.
