Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Functional Consultant to lead the functional delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations from requirement gathering through successful go-live and post-implementation support. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams to design scalable ERP solutions while mentoring functional consultants and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects.
Conduct requirement gathering, business process analysis, and fit-gap analysis.
Configure Business Central modules based on customer requirements.
Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), process flows, solution blueprints, and test scripts.
Collaborate with technical teams for customizations,



integrations, and reporting requirements.
Plan and execute Data Migration, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live activities.
Deliver end-user training and provide post-go-live functional support.
Mentor junior functional consultants and provide project leadership.
Participate in solution design workshops and customer discussions.
Support pre-sales activities, effort estimation, and solution demonstrations.
Ensure project delivery follows Microsoft best practices and implementation standards.
Required Functional Expertise:
Candidates should have solid implementation experience in the following Business Central modules:
