Green energy is the cheapest power on earth, yet its adoption is under 15%. We are closing that gap, starting with India's commercial and industrial power demand and scaling globally. Our PPA marketplace is live today, with 4 GW+ of sellable capacity, 20+ IPP partners, and buyers across 16+ states. This trillion-dollar shift has to start somewhere. The Role
This is not a regular 9-to-5. There is no fixed lane and no narrow job description. You will sit directly with the founders and work on whatever moves the company forward that week, and what moves a company forward changes every week. Expect your time to genuinely split across deals and sales, product, and analysis, often in the same week. One month you are modeling a multi-crore power deal; the next you are shaping how the platform works or sitting in on the conversation that closes it. Come build with us, as an early hire,

What you'll work on
• Deals and B2B sales: pipeline, proposals, and client conversations with CFOs and promoters of India's largest industrial companies
• Financial analysis: Energy modelling, savings, payback, and IRR on live renewable energy transactions
• Product: shaping the Energy OS with our team, from what buyers see to how deals move through it
• Regulatory and market intelligence: cracking open-access questions across 16+ state rulebooks that even industry veterans wrestle with
• Internal tools and automation: building the systems and AI workflows that make a small team run like a large one
• Content and brand: positioning Opten in front of India's largest industries and the capital backing them
• And whatever else the mission demands.
