The Role:
We are not looking for traditional social media managers or graphic designers.
We are building a Brand & Creative team that will shape how brands are perceived, experienced, and remembered. This role requires equal comfort with strategy and execution—thinking of ideas, designing them, bringing them to life, and measuring their impact.
You will work across multiple brands and business priorities, taking ownership of key creative functions while collaborating closely with the wider team to build impactful brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Building
Build long-term brand identity and positioning.
Develop ideas that build culture before selling products.
Contribute to overall brand strategy and business growth.
Content & Social Media
Plan and execute content across social media platforms.
Build a robust and consistent online presence.
Manage content calendars and publishing schedules.
Identify trends and opportunities for organic growth.
Creative & Design
Design high-quality creatives for digital platforms.
Maintain a premium visual language across all brand touchpoints.
Apply a strong understanding of typography, layouts, colour theory, and visual communication.
Create presentations, social media assets, and campaign creatives.
AI & Creative Technology
Use AI tools for image generation, video generation, and creative ideation.
Continuously explore emerging AI tools and creative workflows.
Improve creative quality and efficiency through AI.
