We're looking for a Client Relationship Manager to own client success, retention, and growth. This is a high-ownership, client-facing role for someone who communicates confidently, thinks strategically, and drives outcomes.

What you'll do

Own assigned client accounts from onboarding to reporting, renewals, and growth.
Build robust, long-term client relationships through proactive communication.




Understand client goals and recommend high-impact advertising solutions.
Drive account growth through renewals, upselling, and expansion opportunities.
Translate client briefs into actionable plans for internal teams.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results and ROI.
Lead client communication, including escalations and issue resolution.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth client handovers and aligned expectations.
Coordinate with internal teams while owning timelines and delivery.
Maintain accurate documentation of client requirements and decisions.
Travel for client meetings when required.

Who we're looking for

2+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, brand management, or marketing.
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (written and verbal).
Solid ownership mindset with the ability to work independently.
