Role Overview
As a BDE Manager – Cloud Services you will lead a team of Azure & GCP solution specialists and architects supporting presales engagements. You will be responsible for driving solution excellence, team capability development, and successful customer outcomes by aligning business needs with scalable Azure & GCP architectures.
Key Resposnibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Azure & GCP solution architects and presales specialists
Own presales strategy and solution quality for cloud opportunities
Guide complex customer engagements and act as a trusted technical advisor
Drive standard architectures, best practices, and cost‑optimized designs
Partner with sales teams on pursuits, RFPs, proposals, PoCs, and deal shaping
Ensure smooth handover from presales to delivery teams
Build robust customer relationships, including executive engagements
Promote innovation, certifications, and continuous learning within the team
Job Requirements
Strong background in Azure & GCP solution architecture and presales
Proven people leadership, mentoring,



and stakeholder management skills
Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, security, identity, and DevOps
Experience with cloud migrations, modernization, and governance
Ability to balance technical strategy, business outcomes, and team success
Confident communicator with customer‑facing and executive presentation skills
Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid environments
Exposure to global or distributed teams
Commercial and deal‑shaping experience
