We are looking for an experienced Sell-In Key Account Manager (KAM) to drive business growth by managing strategic retail partnerships, with a strong focus on Croma. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in key account management, channel sales, and sell-in planning within the consumer electronics, appliances, mobile, or FMCG industries. This role requires a commercially driven professional capable of building long-term customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and maximizing revenue through effective account management.
As a Sell-In KAM, you will be responsible for developing business plans with key retail partners, ensuring product availability, driving sales performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the business relationship with Croma, ensuring achievement of monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales targets.
Develop and execute sell-in strategies to increase product placements, inventory levels, and revenue across assigned accounts.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, category managers, and buying teams at Croma.
Negotiate commercial agreements, annual business plans, pricing, promotional campaigns, and trade investments.
Forecast sales demand accurately and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability.
Analyze sales trends, market performance, inventory levels, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Drive product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal business initiatives in collaboration with marketing teams.
Monitor account profitability while optimizing trade spends and return on investment.
Conduct regular business reviews with customers and internal leadership to evaluate performance and recommend corrective act
