Time Management (Time Tracking, Time Sheets, Time Off)
Recruitment (RCM & RMK)
Onboarding & Off Boarding
Performance & Goals Management (PMGM)
Compensation
Learning (LMS)
Payroll (ECP): Employee Central Payroll
Employee Central
Integration (with in SF, SAP & other 3rd party tools)
Other Responsibilities
Supporting of all above submodules of Successfactors
Import and Export data
Yearly activities
Good to have knowledge in SAP ECC
Co-ordinate with HR Team for issue closures
C. Person Profile:
Required qualification
Bachelor’s Degree from recognized University or Any Post Graduation from recognized University.
