Primary Skills :

5+ years of experience in working and leading teams on logistics, supply chain, or operations support
Expereince in coordinating with customers, stakeholders, end users, carriers and operations contacts.
Robust data entry and data management skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas, reporting)
Familiarity with load boards, shipment tracking tools, and reporting dashboards




Hands-on experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or similar tools
Ability to manage operational workflows, shipment tracking, and load coordination
Good understanding of logistics processes including shipment planning, scheduling, and execution
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with customers and internal teams
Experience supporting US/UK customers and ability to work in EU/UK time zones
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Ability to proactively identify issues and provide resolution or escalation
Experience in exception handling and operational troubleshooting
Good analytical thinking and reporting skills
Ability to conduct basic system/process training for internal/external stakeholders
Knowledge of standard operating procedures (SOP) creation and documentation
