Stantec is seeking a creative and collaborative Client Development Programs
Analyst to support and strengthen our growth initiatives. Our team enables
sales, business development, account management, and
other client-facing programs across the company. In this role, you will develop
reports based on thoughtful analysis of sales, business development, and
growth programs that help leadership and teams make data informed decisions to

Your Key Responsibilities

* Support the analysis and reporting of key data associated
with Stantec’s Client Development Programs (Corporate Campaigns, Strategic
Pursuits/Top Pursuits, Account Management Program, Business Development).
* Develop and contribute to reports and analysis that support continuous
improvement and the Company’s growth targets.
* Support the successful delivery of Client Development
Programs by working collaboratively with the broader




Client Development Programs team.
* Contribute to testing and validating dashboards and reporting outputs to
ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with business requirements
before release to stakeholders.
* Develop and lead daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly growth program
reporting and analysis.

usability, and data quality
* Solid organizational, prioritization, and time‑management skills to deliver
reliable recurring and ad hoc reporting
* Ability to apply business context and analytical judgment to interpret
metrics, identify what matters most, and connect insights to
business objectives and decision-making.
* Advanced analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and quantitative
reasoning skills to identify trends, drivers, risks, gaps, and opportunities,
and draw sound conclusions from data.
