Why this role exists

Discover Dollar sells into CFOs, Controllers, and Procurement leaders at large enterprises - people who trust systems, not slogans. Our marketing has to work the same way: precise, data-backed, and connected end-to-end. Right now, a lot of that connective tissue - the CRM hygiene, the intent signals, the LinkedIn ad execution, the workflows that quietly move a lead from "downloaded a report" to "sales has full context on a call" - is stitched together manually across a few of us. That doesn't scale, and it's the single biggest thing slowing down how quick marketing can prove its impact on pipeline.

We're hiring a GTM Engineer to own that stitching. This is not a traditional "marketing ops" or "campaign manager" role. Think of it as the technical backbone of go-to-market: part RevOps, part marketing automation builder, part data/tooling operator, part sales' best friend.

You'll be the person who makes sure our go-to-market motion runs on data and systems instead of spreadsheets and memory. You'll sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, and RevOps - building the pipes, keeping the data clean, running the tools, and making sure every channel (paid, organic, events, outbound) feeds into one coherent
