Job Title : Java Backend Developer SDE II & SDE III

Qualification : Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Java Back End Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale, highly distributed, and fault-tolerant systems. Further, will work closely with other senior engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to solve complex technical challenges and shape the technical direction of the subordinate team and the organization. This is a critical role for developing long-term architectural strategies and mentoring junior engineers, while ensuring high-quality, reliable software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Architectural Leadership:
● Own and drive the design and architecture of highly scalable, reliable, and performant systems.
● Provide technical leadership in the design and review of large-scale systems across multiple teams.
● Lead architecture discussions, drive high-level decision-making,



and develop a long-term technical vision for the team's systems.
● Ensure that solutions align with Industry’s best security, scalability, and reliability standards.
2. End-to-End Project Ownership:
● Lead and deliver complex software development projects from concept to production.
● Write high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code that meets both functional and non-functional requirements.
● Own system performance, monitoring, and operational health, and ensure systems meet high reliability and uptime standards.
● Provide Estimates to the Value Delivery team for Enhancements and current customer configuration/customization in a timely manner.
● Respond to Architecture, Infrastructure and Security questionnaires and participate in discussions with potential customers.
3. Technical Mentorship:
● Mentor and guide SDE-I, SDE-II, and other junior developers, helping them grow technically and professionally.
