We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive (Fresher) who is curious about platform algorithms and eager to learn how to build campaigns that actually convert.

Strategy & Campaign Execution

Develop a robust understanding of clients' industries, products, audiences, and competitors to support campaign planning with clarity and intent.
Assist in planning, executing, and managing paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax), and other platforms as needed.
Support keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis under guidance.
Learn to translate client business goals into structured, measurable campaign plans.
Assist in tracking campaign budgets and pacing for efficient spend.
Stay curious about platform algorithm changes, ad policy updates, and industry trends.

Optimization & Testing





Monitor daily campaign performance under mentorship and learn to optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and other KPIs.
Support troubleshooting of tracking and attribution issues to ensure data accuracy.
Support for Internal & Client Teams
Coordinate with creative and content teams to help brief and align ad assets with campaign goals.
Assist account management with campaign context, timelines, and performance updates for client conversations.

Quality & Client Communication

Support reviews of campaign setups for accuracy — targeting, budgets, tracking, and creative alignment — before going live.
Build attention to detail across every targeting parameter, budget cap, and tracking tag.
Learn to present performance updates clearly to clients and stakeholders over time.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

Assist in tracking and analyzing campaign performance, spend efficiency, and funnel metrics across platforms.
