About the Role

We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and execution-focused Junior Performance Marketing Executive to support digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other performance channels. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a robust foundation in digital marketing who wants hands-on experience managing campaigns for multiple brands across industries.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns on:
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
LinkedIn Ads
Monitor daily campaign performance and budgets.
Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.
Create campaign reports and analyze performance metrics.
Work with the creative team on ad copies, creatives, and landing page recommendation
Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and campaigns.
Track conversions using Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
Identify opportunities to improve ROAS, CTR, CPL, and conversion rates.




Stay updated with platform changes and industry trends.

Required Skills

* Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
* Familiarity with Google Analytics 4.
* Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
* Good written English.
* Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

* 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.
* Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are an advantage.
* Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or landing page builders is a plus.
* Understanding of UTM tracking and conversion attribution is preferred.
