Role Description The Cricket Coach at 4CHAMPZ will deliver structured cricket coaching sessions to students of varying ages and skill levels in Bengaluru East. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves planning and conducting daily practice sessions, developing training programs, and teaching cricket techniques, rules, and strategies. The coach will assess player performance, provide constructive feedback, and design drills to improve fitness, skills, and teamwork. Responsibilities include ensuring safety on the field,



maintaining discipline, coordinating with parents and management, and supporting participation in matches, tournaments, and assessments.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Cricket Coaching and Cricket skills, with a solid understanding of game techniques, rules, and tactics.
Candidates should possess Coaching and Training skills, including the ability to design age-appropriate sessions and progression plans.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with learners, parents, and internal stakeholders.
Prior experience as a cricket coach, trainer, or player at school, academy, club, or professional level is preferred.
Relevant coaching certifications or licenses in cricket, sports coaching, or physical education are an advantage.
Ability to manage groups, maintain a safe training setting, and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds.
