ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a on-site role in Dehradun. The Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across search, social, and display focusing on ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate.




Day-to-day responsibilities:
• Conduct audience and keyword research
• Set up tracking and analytics
• Build and test ad creatives and landing pages
• Manage campaign budgets
• Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights
• Prepare reports for stakeholders
• Collaborate with creative, content, and web development teams to improve funnel performance
• Continuously run A/B tests, refine targeting, and ensure campaigns align with client objectives and the agency's growth strategy
REQUIREMENTS
• 3–5 years hands-on with Google + Meta, with proven experience at ₹50L/month+ spend (agency or in-house)
• You've personally scaled lead-gen and or e-commerce campaigns not “assisted”
• Experience running ads in Western markets (US/Canada/UK/EU) alongside Indian accounts you understand the difference in CPMs, buyer behaviour and compliance
• Fluent with Business Manager, GA4, conve
