MAVI partners with high-growth US startups and SMEs, embedding experienced accounting professionals directly within their finance teams. This is not a traditional accounting manager role — you will lead accounting operations for US clients while mentoring your team in a fast-moving environment.

The Opportunity
As an Accounting Manager, you will oversee end-to-end accounting operations for US clients, managing a team of accountants and working directly with US Controllers and CFOs.

What You Will Own
Lead end-to-end accounting (Record-to-Report) for US clients
Manage and mentor a team of accountants
Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles
Review and finalize financial statements in compliance with US GAAP
Act as primary US client contact,



building solid stakeholder relationships
Drive process automation and workflow improvements
Ensure audit readiness and manage auditor interactions

What We're Looking For
6+ years of accounting experience with strong US GAAP expertise
Prior experience in team management or mentoring
ERP experience (NetSuite, Toast, QuickBooks, or similar)
CA / CPA (or equivalent) strongly preferred
Ability to work with US time zone overlap
