GrowSkill IT is a Bengaluru-based IT training company specializing in software testing courses. We provide job-oriented training in Automation Testing, AI Powered Automation Testing, Playwright, Postman, API Testing, and other industry-relevant testing tools. Our focus is to help learners gain practical testing skills through live classes, real-time projects, hands-on practice, interview preparation, and placement support. We aim to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements by preparing learners with the right technical knowledge, confidence, and career guidance to grow in the IT industry.
? Location: Hoodi, Whitefield, Bangalore (Work From Office)
? Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
? Working Days: Monday to Saturday
? Role & Responsibilities:
• Connect with working professionals and career aspirants through calls
• Understand learner requirements and suggest suitable training programs
• Explain course benefits, career opportunities, pricing, and offers
• Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into enrollments
• Achieve monthly sales targets and update CRM activities
? Preferred Candidate Profile:
• 1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / EdTech Sales / B2C Sales
• Prior EdTech sales experience will be highly preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
• Comfortable working in a target-driven sales workplace
• Experience in handling inbound/outbound leads is an added advantage
? Salary & Incentives:
• Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month
• Uncapped Incentives: Up to ₹2 Lakhs/month
