Your Role
As our Brand & Marketing Growth Manager, you'll be responsible for transforming ideas into meaningful marketing initiatives while helping build long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, channel partners, and customers.
You will combine strategy,



creativity, communication, and execution to strengthen Neurotech's brand presence across digital and offline platforms.
What You'll DoBrand Strategy & Content Planning
Work closely with the founder to understand Neurotech's vision, philosophy, and products.
Develop monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with business objectives.
Convert ideas into engaging stories for social media, blogs, websites, email campaigns, and product launches.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across every customer touchpoint.
Content & Creative Direction
Plan and coordinate product photography, lifestyle shoots, and short-form videos.
Prepare creative briefs for designers, photographers, videographers, and AI content creators.
Guide visual storytelling to maintain a premium and consistent brand identity.
Review and coordinate creative assets before publication.
