We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Recruiter who can manage both IT and Non-IT hiring for the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions across India.
Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and create sourcing strategies accordingly.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.




Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Negotiate salary offers and support offer roll-out and joining formalities.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers accurately.
Work closely with hiring managers to meet recruitment SLAs and hiring timelines.
Build and maintain talent pools for frequently hired positions.
Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of recruitment experience in the Indian market.
Experience in hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles.
Hands-on experience with major job portals such as Naukri, Foundit (Monster), Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
Positive understanding of sourcing techniques including Boolean search and social recruiting.
Strong screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple position
