About the Role:
Abroad Gateway is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Visa Filing Manager to handle end-to-end visa application processes. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of student visa procedures and a proven track record in documentation and file management.

Key Responsibilities:




Manage and process student visa and migration applications for multiple countries
Verify documents, conduct background checks, and ensure accuracy in all submissions
Draft and review formal documents, applications, and visa forms with precision
Coordinate with clients, universities, and consular offices
Maintain regular follow-ups with students and agents for timely updates
Track and manage pending documents and ensure deadlines are met
Prepare students for visa file submission and guide them through the process
Maintain and update databases with accurate client information
Ensure a high-quality, error-free, and process-driven workflow
Stay updated with changing visa rules and entry requirements across destinations

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in visa filing (mandatory)
Background in the immigration/study visa industry
Strong knowledge of student visa processes (Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, etc.)
