The role:
Truecaller's ads business reaches over 400 million users and is one of the largest in-app advertising platforms in its markets. Alongside our programmatic business, we operate a rapid-growing direct advertising business spanning branding and performance campaigns,



and this is the fast-growing side of the ads business. The market is shifting decisively toward outcome-based advertising, and we are building a performance ad product designed to compete with the best in the industry: bidding, pricing, attribution, and conversion optimization, built natively on our platform.
This role owns our direct ad products end to end, spanning both brand and performance. Performance is the active build focus and where the bulk of your bandwidth will go, but you will also own and evolve our branding ad products, which remain the larger revenue contributor today. You will define the product that lets advertisers buy outcomes on Truecaller, working closely with engineering, data science, sales, and ad operations. It is a high-ownership role on a product line expected to drive the majority of direct revenue growth over the next two years.
