We are not just selling software. We are building something doctors actually use daily.
Role Overview
This is a full-cycle field sales role, not a typical desk sales job.
You will: Call clinics → Book demos → Visit clinics → Close the sale → Onboard → Drive daily usage
You will own the entire sales journey - from first call to a doctor becoming a paying, active user.
Responsibilities
1. Sales
Call and connect with dental clinics (primary focus), then GP and other specialty clinics
Book demo meetings (call/WhatsApp)
Visit clinics and pitch Medsnap in person
Convert doctors into trial users, then paid subscribers
2. Onboarding
Set up Medsnap in the clinic
Train the doctor and clinic staff/assistant
Get them using the product from day one
3. Activation
Drive daily usage in the first 7 days
Push the habit: minimum 1 patient logged/day
Follow up consistently via calls and visits
4. Feedback & Improvement
Relay doctor feedback to the product team
Flag product issues and usability gaps
5. Ownership
Manage your own portfolio of clinics
Track and report on your own performance
Continuously refine your sales approach based on results
Who This Is For (Candidate Requirements)
5+ years of total sales experience (mandatory)
2+ years specifically selling software/SaaS to doctors, clinics, or hospitals - e.g., EMR, PHR, HMS, or other healthcare SaaS/services (mandatory)
Background in pharma, medical devices, or healthcare sales is a plus, but direct medical-software sales experience is preferred
Comfortable with daily field travel across Mumbai
Robust Hindi + working English; Marathi is a bonus
