Role Description The Admission Executive – MBA is responsible for managing the end-to-end admissions process for prospective MBA learners at HCMX Business School. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves counseling prospective applicants, conducting information sessions, and responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.



The role includes screening applications, coordinating interviews, maintaining accurate applicant records, and supporting admission events such as open houses, fairs, and webinars. The Admission Executive collaborates with academic and marketing teams to ensure explicit communication of program features, timelines, and requirements, and contributes to meeting enrollment targets. The position also involves preparing reports, tracking admission metrics, and suggesting process improvements for a better applicant experience.
