Work location Chennai- Navallur (100% WFO No hybrid)

Shift - UK Shift
Exp - 2+ years of experience.

1.5-3 years’ experience as Chargeback Analyst / Specialist

Responsibilities:

Knowledge in KYC and Account opening

Knowledge in Change of Address, Issuing Duplicate statements

Knowledge in reading auditor requests and issuing year end interest statements

Knowledge in international payments and SWIFT transfers , FX Charges investigation

Knowledge in standing Order, Direct Debit set ups

Knowledge in CHAPS , BACS Transfers
