Role Overview:
The Workplace Services Coordinator IV – Events & Food is responsible for leading and coordinating Food operations and event management across UKG offices in India. This role ensures seamless service delivery, high-quality employee experience, and productive workplace operations while aligning with global workplace standards.
The position requires a proactive and service-oriented professional who can drive operational excellence, manage stakeholders,
optimize costs, and enhance workplace engagement through well-executed events and best-in-class F&B; services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate day-to-day Food & Beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and availability across the Noida office
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency to ensure smooth, well-organized, and professional workplace operations
• Maintain inventory records and implement measures to reduce wastage in alignment with ESG goals
• Manage and monitor costs within approved budgets, ensuring financial discipline
• Lead and collaborate with stakeholders on end-to-end event planning and execution (both in-house and external), ensuring flawless delivery
