About the Team and the Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will support the CEO and Executive Leadership Team in a fast-paced AI-driven healthcare environment.



This role goes beyond traditional administrative support- requiring solid documentation management, cross-functional coordination, and a working understanding of technical and regulatory contexts in healthcare and AI.

You will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, documentation integrity, and seamless collaboration across teams.

What will you do?
Executive & Operational Support
Work closely with the CEO and the ELT to manage priorities, track key initiatives, and ensure timely execution of tasks.
Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders to support strategic projects.
Prepare meeting agendas, capture detailed notes, and track action items to closure.
Assist in communication and follow-ups with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
Organize and maintain structured physical and digital documentation systems.
