As we strengthen our sales and customer-management systems, we are looking for a disciplined and customer-focused CRM & Customer Relations Executive to join our Ranchi office.

About the Role
This is not merely a data-entry or telecalling position.
You will be responsible for managing incoming enquiries, maintaining consistent follow-ups, keeping our CRM records accurate,



coordinating site visits and ensuring that customers receive timely and skilled communication throughout their journey—from the first enquiry to post-booking support.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to new enquiries received through property portals, digital advertisements, the website, WhatsApp and other lead sources.
• Speak with prospective customers to understand their requirements, budget, preferred location and purchase timeline.
• Qualify leads and assign or coordinate them with the appropriate sales team member.
• Conduct structured follow-ups through telephone calls and WhatsApp without allowing genuine enquiries to go unattended.
• Schedule and confirm project site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Accurately record every call, conversation, follow-up date, customer requirement and next action in LeadRat CRM.
• Maintain updated lead stages and ensure that no lead remains without a clearly defined next step.
• Communicate professionally with customers after booking and assis
