Role Description:
Surprise Machi is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer (2–4
years experience) to join our growing creative team.
This role goes beyond basic execution. We are looking for someone who can:
Conceptualize recent surprise products and themed experiences
Translate ideas into visually compelling, market-ready creatives
Elevate our brand aesthetics across platforms
Contribute to campaign strategy and product innovation




The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong visual storytelling ability, capable of
designing both digital and physical experiential assets while maintaining brand consistency.

Requirements:
2–4 years of proven experience in graphic design (agency, events, or brand experience
preferred).
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
Experience in product mock-ups and pitch deck design is an added advantage.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Creative mindset with high attention to detail.
A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and product design.
