Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups.
Connect with prospective parents/customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and explain KidsChaupal programs effectively.
Maintain and update lead and customer information in CRM.
Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.
Follow up with interested leads and help convert them into customers.
Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams for a smooth customer experience.
Prepare basic daily/weekly sales reports.
Requirements
Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
