At House of Rasa, we aim to create thoughtfully curated events and experiences - from intimate celebrations to community gatherings. We believe every event should feel personal, immersive and beautifully designed, with stories and emotions at its heart.

As we continue building the brand, we're looking for a Founder's Office Intern – Events & Operations to work closely with us behind the scenes and help bring these experiences to life.

If you're someone who loves planning, enjoys organising chaos into systems, has an eye for detail, and wants to learn how events are built from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.

Location: Bhubaneswar (On-site)
Duration: 2 Months
Start Date: 11th August
Stipend: ₹5,000–₹6,000 per month

What you'll be working on:
Assisting with planning and executing events from concept to completion
Researching and sourcing décor, props, stationery, gifting and event materials
Coordinating with vendors for quotations, deliveries and follow-ups
Creating planning sheets, timelines, checklists and production documents
Supporting presentations,



layouts and basic Canva designs
Managing schedules, trackers and day-to-day operational tasks
Visiting local markets for sourcing whenever required
Being part of on-ground event setup and execution
Supporting the founder across planning, operations and project management

We're looking for someone who has:
Solid organisational and communication skills
Working knowledge of Canva and Google Workspace
Excellent attention to detail
A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
The ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
An interest in events, hospitality, design or creative businesses

This role is ideal for someone who wants more than a typical internship. You'll work directly with the founder, be involved in real decisions, solve real problems, and see every stage of an event - from the first idea to the final execution.
