About the Role
We are looking for a energetic Business Analyst – Lending Platform to join our AI Product team. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our customers and engineering team, helping financial institutions successfully adopt Newron’s AI-powered lending platform.
You will work closely with banks and NBFCs to understand their business processes,



demonstrate product capabilities, gather requirements, and translate business needs into functional specifications for the product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers to understand their lending processes, business challenges, and functional requirements.
Conduct product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs for banks and financial institutions.
Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, and process flows.
Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, UI/UX Designers, and Engineering teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement clarification sessions.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate delivered features, and coordinate customer sign-offs.
