As the Growth PM for noon Minutes, you will own the product strategy and execution for growth intelligence and customer optimisation-building systems that help us grow faster, smarter, and more efficiently.
Build data-driven growth tooling that improves visibility into performance across traffic, conversion, retention, and promotional effectiveness.
Design and own ML-powered systems for customer segmentation, personalised promotions, and budget optimisation-maximising incremental growth within defined guardrails.
Work hands-on with data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities; translate findings into actionable product features.
Partner with data science, engineering, and commercial teams to ship end-to-end growth products- from problem definition to production.
Define metrics, run experiments, and continuously iterate based on performance signals.
What you'll need:
3-5 years of PM experience, with a focus on growth, marketing technology, or data-driven products.
Robust understanding of growth levers-acquisition, conversion, retention, and promotional mechanics.
Hands-on with Python and SQL; comfortable working directly wi
