About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Senior Executive – Influencer Marketing to execute impactful influencer campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, drive engagement, and contribute to business growth.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing influencer partnerships, coordinating with talent agencies, and executing end-to-end campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging social media platforms. Key Responsibilities

Influencer Identification & Relationship Management

Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers, content creators, and beauty enthusiasts aligned with the brand.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies.
Negotiate commercials, deliverables, and campaign timelines.

Campaign Planning & Execution

Plan and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns from briefing to completion.
Coordinate product seeding, campaign schedules, and content approvals.
Ensure timely execution while maintaining brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Content Coordination

Collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Social Media teams to develop engaging campaign briefs.
Review influencer content to ensure brand alignment and quality standards.
Monitor campaign execution and resolve operational challenge
