Role Description The Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for being the first point of contact for visitors and callers at One Design Interior and Architecture. Day-to-day tasks include answering and directing phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, managing the reception area, and handling basic clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments. The role also involves coordinating meeting rooms, receiving and sorting mail or packages,



and providing timely information and support to clients and team members. The Receptionist ensures a professional, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the company’s brand and supports smooth office operations.
Qualifications

Strong phone etiquette and professional receptionist duties, including handling calls, greeting visitors, and managing front desk operations.
Clerical skills such as filing, data entry, appointment scheduling, and maintaining basic records.
Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, visitors, and team members in a clear and courteous manner.
Customer service skills to address inquiries, provide information, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
Ability to stay organized, multitask, and manage time efficiently in a busy office setting.
