Role Description The Management Intern role is an internship position based in Chennai with a hybrid work model, allowing a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with project coordination, preparing reports and documentation, supporting data collection and basic analysis,



and helping track timelines and deliverables. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in meetings, and contribute to process optimization and workflow improvements. Responsibilities also include maintaining organized records, supporting internal communication, and helping with basic administrative and operational tasks as needed. The role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to business operations, project management, and organizational practices in a technology-driven workplace.

Qualifications
Strong interest in management, operations, or business administration, with the ability to support project coordination and documentation.
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort working with data, reports, and process workflows.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and present information clearly.
