Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end civil procurement activities for renewable energy and infrastructure projects,



ensuring cost optimization, timely delivery, and compliance with quality and contractual standards.

Key Responsibilities Include

Manage supply chain and procurement of civil materials and services for renewable and infrastructure projects.
Procurement of civil works related to substations, transmission lines, wind/solar projects, including foundations, structures, roads, drainage, buildings, and allied works.
Bottom-up cost estimation for civil works related to substations (up to 220kV), transmission line foundations, and balance-of-plant (BOP) activities.
Prepare and implement pre-order and post-order procurement procedures, including material control plans, inspection coordination, expediting, and MIS reporting.
Finalize vendors and subcontractors through vendor identification, rate negotiations, order finalization, and PO issuance.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders / Work Orders against finalized contractors and
