Required Technical Skills

Must Have

4–8+ years of hands-on experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
Strong experience in Data Warehouse and ETL Testing.
Good exposure to Business Intelligence (BI) applications and reporting validation.
Strong SQL skills with ability to write complex queries involving joins, subqueries, aggregations, and validations.
Experience in Source-to-Target Mapping (STM) validation.
Knowledge of ETL concepts and testing methodologies.
Good understanding of data validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks.
Working knowledge of Unix/Linux commands.
Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Teradata.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to ETL tools such as Informatica, DataStage, Talend, SSIS, Ab Initio, Azure Data Factory, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Experience with Big Data technologies is an added advantage.

Project & Process Skills

Agile & DevOps

Solid understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies.




Good knowledge of DevOps processes and continuous testing practices.
Experience participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release activities.

Test Management Tools

Hands-on Experience With

Confluence (preferred)

Requirement Analysis

Strong experience in requirement analysis and ambiguity identification.
Ability to review business requirements and provide early feedback for quality improvements.
Experience preparing test estimations and risk assessments.

Test Data Management

Strong experience in identifying, creating, and maintaining test data.
Ability to prepare mock data sets as required for testing scenarios.
Experience handling large volumes of data for validation activities.

Stakeholder Management

Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience collaborating with business users and cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-pa
