Strong technical depth and hands-on expertise in AI/Agentic solutions
Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Agents SDK, and Copilot APIs
Experience building enterprise-grade agent solutions and guiding architecture decisions
Working knowledge of Azure AI Services, Visual Studio, and .NET
Solid partner-facing communication, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to act as a trusted advisor to SI partners and help unblock technical challenges

The customer is looking for high-calibre Architect-level profiles with strong AI/Copilot expertise.
Candidates should be comfortable working with System Integrator (SI) partners in an advisory capacity.
Strong partner-facing communication and stakeholder management skills are critical.
Ability to guide architecture decisions, influence stakeholders, and unblock implementation challenges.
Preference for candidates who combine technical depth with a consulting/product mindset.





Preferred Candidate Profile

Minimum 4 years of experience in software development, consulting, customer success, or software delivery.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and able to make progress with minimal guidance.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to engage with C-level executives, developers, architects, partners, and sales teams.
Strong project management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Azure, .NET, and Office 365.
