We are looking for a talented Memory Circuit Design Engineer to join our semiconductor design team and contribute to the development of next-generation memory IPs. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing high-performance, low-power memory circuits for advanced technology nodes. You will collaborate closely with layout, physical design, characterization, verification, and process teams to deliver robust and manufacturable memory solutions.
The ideal candidate has solid expertise in analog and digital circuit design, a solid understanding of semiconductor device physics, and hands-on experience with memory architectures such as SRAM, DRAM, ROM, register files, or embedded memory macros. Exposure to standard cell design and characterization will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize memory circuits for performance, power, area, and reliability.




Create transistor-level designs for memory building blocks, including bit cells, sense amplifiers, decoders, write drivers, precharge circuits, and peripheral logic.
Perform schematic capture, circuit simulation, and design validation using industry-standard EDA tools.
Conduct timing, noise, power, and variation analysis across multiple process, voltage, and temperature (PVT) corners.
Work closely with layout engineers to ensure layout-aware circuit optimization and successful post-layout verification.
Analyze silicon results and debug circuit-level issues to improve design robustness and yield.
Collaborate with architecture, physical design, verification, and characterization teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Support design reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance memory IP quality and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering
