Ensure knowledge of menu and all products.
Should follow correct reporting procedures in case of any service issues.
Should follow grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene.
Should take all incoming calls courteously and promptly, taking messages and passing them on to the appropriate person without delay.
Should have valuable knowledge of the restaurant's sitting arrangements.
Comply with resorts Standard Operating Procedures.
