About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Manager Operations to drive operational excellence across our devotional services and on-ground execution. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless planning, coordination, execution, and pre-event management of pujas and other religious programs. The ideal candidate is highly organised, execution-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Own the planning and execution of the activity calendars for all temples and pandits, ensuring timely scheduling and seamless delivery.
Coordinate with pandits, vendors, and ground teams to ensure smooth end-to-end execution of pujas and devotional programs.
Drive central operations by tracking execution, resolving operational issues, and ensuring adherence to standard processes.
Oversee post-puja activities, including documentation, reporting, financial closure, and continuous process improvements.
Support operational excellence initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.




Own and implement initiatives to improve overall experience

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in operations, program management, event operations, logistics, or service delivery.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating field operations is preferred.
Experience working in fast-paced B2C, service-based startups is a plus
